Tenancy Solution Caseworker (ASB)

Location: Remote but would need to commute to Leicestershire as and when.
Hourly Pay Rate: £28ph
Duration: Interim, 3 month contract
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Leicestershire, with their recruitment of a Tenancy Solutions Caseworker. Although the role is home based, there may be a need for you to attend court which requires you to be in Leicester City and parts of Derbyshire and Northants.
The ideal candidate will have a vast experience in dealing with complexed ASB cases, dealing with tenancy fraud and delivering the correct legal response. They would have reviewed a broad range of high risk ASB cases, drafted witness statements and has experience in preparing for and attending court.
What will you do in the role?
* Be able to lead the case management of antisocial behaviour, hate crime, domestic abuse and tenancy fraud to ensure the safety of residents.
* Support local authorities including MP’s, councillors and key partners.
* Have proactive relationships with police crime teams, local authority agencies and community safety teams that give a focus on positive local outcomes.
* Keep in regular contact with all parties in cases to provide case updates and clarify on actions and responsibilities.
Who would excel in this role?
A candidate with a detailed understanding of housing law and ASB, neighbourhoods and community agenda.
* Someone with experience in a customer facing role and a broad knowledge of case management.
* A candidate with excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and decision-making skills.
