Staff Partners Business are currently working with a nation-wide engineering solutions provider based in Harlow who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a 12 month FTC , the successful applicant will carry out front line sales calls alongside a supportive administrative function.
Key responsibilities
· Support quote generation and client correspondence.
· Maintaining the CRM system with client data and updates.
· Lead generation and appointment booking.
· Internal communication with the nationwide sales team, product specialist, finance team and engineering specialists.
· Generate sales order information packs for the engineering department.
Key requirements
· Previous experience working within a sales/telesales environment.
· Previous experience as a Sales Administrator – preferably within the engineering or telecoms industries.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong IT competency including experience with Excel reporting and database management.
· Highly organised with quality document management.
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum.
Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
