Contracts Manager role for Liverpool Area
A well-established Construction business is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The company deliver a range of building and refurbishment projects for social housing contractors throughout the Northwest and Yorkshire.
You'll be based on a project in Liverpool which includes 4 high rise refurbishments and 24 low rise properties, valued at £20m.
Project details:
External works to include - Scaffold/hoists/masts, replacement of EWI system, Roof, windows, doors, Balcony enclosures, etc.
Internal - fire improvements including door replacements.
All works to be compliant with the Building Safety Regulator, Planning Gateways, Golden Thread etc.
Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund - Various energy efficiency and carbon reduction works - delivered under PAS 2035 & Pas 2030 models.
Potential replacement of existing district heating system
Requirements:
Good experience of occupied high-rise refurbishment along with strong client relationship and management skills.
PAS compliant delivery and Building Safety experience will also be an advantage along with good knowledge of contractual Contractor Design Portions under JCT contracts. Our client offers a competitive salary & car allowance plus benefits package.
