With close to 20 years of experience to draw on this dynamic practice work across multiple sectors with their expertise lying with residential projects of varying scales. They also work on commercial, heritage and masterplanning projects, so plenty of exciting projects to get involved with. My client has cultivated a supportive environment with a great workplace culture, that is dedicated to a good work life balance. This presents an excellent opportunity for a passionate Architectural Technician to become an integral member of a small and friendly team in central Manchester.

The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of post-qualification experience working on residential projects, with strong technical abilities, a keen eye for and ideally job running experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
Extensive post qualification experience within the Architectural Industry
Substantial experience working across residential small and medium sized projects
Excellent technical capabilities ideally with Vectorworks or AutoCAD
Confident working independently with limited supervision
Can hit the ground running
Able to be heavily involved in running jobs on site
Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals
Work well within a team environment
Technically minded with a keen eye for detail
Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages
Keen to input to continued company growth
Be local to the Manchester area
