Our vet team is growing! Animates Vetcare Group is seeking an experienced Full Time Veterinarian, or confident recent graduate to add to our unique network of companion animal vets, nurses, and support staff. With flexible work arrangements, this role is offering 30-40 hours per week (you choose!), with 1 Saturday in every four.
We are a purpose built, standalone, multi vet clinic located in the heart of Waikanae. We are within walking distance to the train station, cafes, and supermarkets. Our fabulous and friendly team, work exceptionally well together, and support each other every day, while having fun doing what we love! We enjoy spending time socializing outside of work and ensure everybody stops to enjoy breaks as a team during the week.

About You:
* You have a recognised Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent qualification
* You are proficient in all-round medicine and surgery in companion animal practice
* You enjoy working collaboratively in a close-knit team
* You’re passionate about the veterinary industry and excellence in clinical care
* You can be flexible with hours of work to participate in our rosters that include some evenings, weekends and public holidays

We have a fully equipped surgery with dental x-ray, modern up-to-date laboratory, and ultrasound. Our lead vet performs TPLOs and TTA surgeries. Our team has a combined total of 60 years clinical experience and offers gold standard care to all our patients.
