We are looking for the new driving force for our Feed Additives (FA) Sales at Nutreco, which is the pillar of Feed Safety in the food and Feed industry. In this new role of Technical Sales Manager Feed Safety, you will be the technical counterpart to our Portfolio Manager in the strategic marketing team ECA (Europe & Central Asia) and the regional sales managers. Together you will ensure that all activities fit within the strategy and goals as defined within the Business Unit. As a Technical Sales Manager you are the specialist and will support sales in a customer facing manner in a challenging role with a lot of opportunities to help shape how we feed the future in Europe and Central Asia in a sustainable way.

About The RoleResponsibilities:
  • You will be the functional manager of the local Feed Safety specialists and make sure they all act as one ECA team and execute fast.

  • You make sure that the different local sales teams within FA are well equipped and able to sell the existing solutions.

  • As the technical counterpart to the Portfolio Manager, you provide input to global/BU portfolio managers on customer needs and feedback, and you will execute short term actions from strategies developed by the same portfolio managers.

Skills and Expertise Qualifications:
  • Master's degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry, such as feed additives or feed safety.

  • Knowledge and experience in the feed and/or food business

  • Your English is fluent (both written and verbal)

  • You live in Europe and will be willing to travel to locations in ECA for approximately 30-40% of the time.
