About the Role
My client is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of an exciting new regional programme in the Northeast of England aimed at supporting with domestic energy retrofit.
This programme includes a 'one-stop shop' providing digital and telephone-based advice, serving as the central point for retrofit enquiries in the North East region.
Managing programmes across the UK, with new ones being added as they grow in response to demand. The team collaborates and supports each other, sharing expertise and best practices while innovating to deliver world-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the programme's budget, scope, and plan, ensuring alignment with agreed methodologies.
Work closely with advice centre, marketing, and communications colleagues, as well as sub-contractors, to achieve programme objectives and manage risks.
Lead, maintain, and develop relationships with funders, key stakeholders, and partners, acting as an ambassador of our values to build the programme's profile within the Northeast.
Work alongside the business development team to contribute to proposals, securing additional income and future work for the programme.
