Are you an experienced Office Manager or Personal Assistant looking for a dynamic role in the heart of London? We are seeking a capable individual to join our team for a temporary position spanning six months. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your organizational prowess, independence, and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Office Organization: Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Bill Payment: Handle financial tasks such as bill payments with accuracy and timeliness.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute office events, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans efficiently, optimizing schedules and resources.
General Office Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
Service Payments: Oversee payments for services, managing accounts responsibly.
IT Issue Resolution: Take charge of sorting out IT issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption.Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as a PA or Office Manager is essential.
Initiative: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to accomplish tasks effectively.
Assertiveness: Ability to stand up for oneself and assertively handle various situations as they arise.
