Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: London, UK

Salary: £57,000- £61,000 plus remote working, excellent benefits & pension

Responsibilities:

The Electrical Contracts and Compliance Manager will be responsible for the contract management of electrical services, maintenance, installations and as part of complex capital works.
Responsible for ensuring electrical compliance for the full local authority portfolio.
Prepare reports for Executives and Board members.
Work with contractors and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision-making process and delivery of services.

Requirements:

Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider, local authority or associated contractor.
In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
