Mechanical Associate Director - Growing MEP Consultancy!

Are you eager to put your leadership skills to the test, taking charge of design projects from a client facing perspective? you'll manage not only the design and technical aspects but also the financial and contractual aspects of Mechanical Building Services Design across a variety of project types.

What you'll do:

Carry out full detailed design across the RIBA stages through a number of different sectors.
Comfortable in a client leading position, advising and winning repeat and new business.
Project manage and supervise projects, co-ordinating with other engineering and real estate disciplines
Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme
Peer review and overseeing external consultant designsMentorship of more junior members of staff, very capable of leading MEP Teams,

You'll be joining a very high performing team of engineers that work across a variety of sectors including commercial, high end hotels, Retail, large Mixed Use schemes just to name a few.
