The CK Group are looking for am ABPI Compliance professional to join a pharmaceutical companies Ethics and Compliance team. You will support in-house medical affairs and commercial teams, helping facilitate activities and ensure ABPI compliance.
You will ensure there is a compliance system in place that adheres to the ABPI and PMCPA requirements.
Provide compliance training and ensure effective records are kept and maintained.
Provide advice and guidance the business on all ABPI related matters.
Develop and support SOPs to ensure ABPI compliance.
Support the wider compliance team to improve processes, identify risks and help drive a culture of compliance.
Support contract management and appropriately outsource for legal advice when necessary.
Experience Required:
Broad experience in ABPI compliance ethics programs, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Competition.
Practical experience with the UK ABPI Code of practice.
Good understanding of the importance of compliance to regulations and industry codes and experience working in accordance with regulations and industry codes.
Proven track-record of building excellent communication channels at all business levels.
