Enthusiastic, creative, passionate and fully qualified Sous Chef to join an experienced and professional team near St Austell.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in a fresh food operational cooking environment. It is essential that the ideal candidate has experience in all sections, including pastry and must be able to work well within a team.

The restaurant offers guests a relaxed dining experience by preparing a variety of dishes including a rotating specials menu and the arrival of a unique conference menu.

The successful applicant will have previous experience:

* Sous Chef level preferably within a Hotel

* Ordering and monitoring supplies

* Manage and control food costs

* Experience in all sections of the kitchen

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. They need someone with creativity and passion to help them produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for their customers.

Salary from £32,000.00 per year
