Engineering Manager
Job Description

Lead all activities across the Engineering, Design and Project Management departments.
Ensure clear, cross-functional project plans are in place and adhered to for all projects.
Lead the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide monthly reports covering project status, spend-against-estimate, resource utilisation, risks, and changes, as well as cost to completion and cash flow projections.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and make decisions on conflicting priorities.
Manage resourcing, resource requirement forecast and allocation, and capacity planning.
Improvement of overall procedures, policies, and standards for the organisation.
Champion continuous improvement activities across all teams.
Input into p&l, budgeting and forecasting.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience working within a bespoke/special purchase machinery environment
Project management experience (including budget ownership)
CAD design experience/knowledge
