We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our building services team at Kings Mill Hospital, Mansfield.

Working as an Administration Officer you will report to the Office Manager, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Operational Team at Kings Mill Hospital, Newark General Hospital and Mansfield Community Hospital.

You’ll:

* Ensure sub-contractor purchase orders and uplifts are actioned in a timely manner and in line with financial policies.

* Keep all databases/spreadsheets related to the above activities up to date.

* Liaise with our sub-contractors in relation to timescales for completing tasks and ensure service sheets are received as evidence of completion.

* Close down tasks following receipt of service reports/sheets ensuring these are scanned into the Concept system prior to the closure of the ticket.

* Ensure Concept is kept up to date regarding task interruption information and produce reports as requested.

* Communicate with Maintenance Supervisors/Team Leaders in relation to task interruptions and agreed timescales.

We are looking for:

* Demonstrable experience in a similar post.

* Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Office 365 would be advantageous.

* Able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service.

* High standard of customer care skills
