An excellent opportunity has arisen for permanent position for our client based in Nottingham for a Site Manager to oversee a project refurbing luxury apartments.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record. You will be required to co-ordinate trades, direct labour and materials; as well as liaising with suppliers to ensure that the onsite construction team is fully resourced.
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS
* Full UK Driving Licence
