This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to work on range of construction and existing estate projects. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplined consultancies energy team with the benefit of remote working.

Role responsibilities include:

Carry out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
Through the use of IES, produce outputs for TM59 compliance
Produce reports and alternative design solutions for new and retrofit projects
Help clients understand the Part L, O, and F regulationsThe ideal candidate will have:

At least a level 4 NDEA qualification
Relevant degree within a sustainability or energy field with relevant experience within a Sustainability Consultancy role
Good understanding of Building regulations as well Part L compliance.
Experience delivering Overheating assessments to CIBSE TM52 and TM59Benefits of the role include:
