Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who’s a team player to greet visitors, answer incoming calls and provide support for internal/external customers. In addition, the CSR will partner with members of the Customer Service and Operations teams coordinating incoming and outgoing samples.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming/outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner.
Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Greet clients, vendors, and visitors; answer multiple phone lines and direct incoming calls.
Provide additional support to the Customer Service team and internal.
