We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a respectable manufacturing organisation. Reporting to the UK customer Sales team you will:

* Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels in English and German (80:20).

* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution.

* Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

* Fluency in written and spoken German is essential for this role.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

* Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
