Job Description:Machine Operators are responsible for operating and monitoring machines used in the production of drug delivery devices. This role requires a blend of technical skill and precision to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production machinery.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery used in the manufacturing process according to operating manuals and company guidelines.
Monitor equipment to ensure it operates properly and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine problems.
Record production data such as quantity, weight, size, and type.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator.
Knowledge of production procedures and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read blueprints and production documents.
Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
