Are you a Workshop Supervisor / Team Leader / Manager, from any Machining background looking to join a world leading company who are known for looking after, and investing in staff?

This is a great time to join as the company have gone from strength to strength, and due to increasing workflow they require an additional Supervisor to help them maintain the excellent levels of quality they're known for.
in this role you will manage a small, specialist team of skilled machinists, supporting them in the process of creating bespoke, one off products for a variety of different industries including Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing and more.
This role suits a Workshop / Machine Shop Supervisor or similar, looking for a long term career within a leading company who looks after their staff.
The Role:
Supervising machinists
Still participating in some hands on work - CNC and/or Manual Machining
M - F, half day on Fridays
The Person:
Machine shop background
Experienced with bespoke one off, or low volume production work
Experienced with Vertical / Horizontal Boring Machines would be beneficial
