Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant**
**Location: Inverness**
**Salary: £35,000 basic with a very attractive bonus package**

Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for property? Join our award-winning team as a New Homes Sales Consultant in the beautiful city of Inverness!

We are a working with a prestigious and award-winning house builder, renowned for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to completion
- Provide detailed information about our developments, highlighting unique features and benefits
- Conduct tours of show home, showcasing the quality of our homes and identify client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our sales team
- Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration
- Manage customer enquiries and follow up promptly
- Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends and advertising
- General housekeeping of show home and sales office
- Liaise with Site operational team on handover of completed property to client
- Regular progress/update reports to be submitted to management team

**What We're Looking For:**
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the housing or new homes industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work weekends and be flexible with hours to meet customer needs
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
