Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a nationwide safety equipment & highways product manufacturing/instillation contractor for a sales account manager.
Experience within the PPE & Highways infrastructure product sector would be a distinct advantage.
As a sales account manager you will be playing a crucial role in driving sales with new and existing businesses. Developing and starting vital relationships to take the business forward.
Your primary focus will be on selling their range of PPE products or highway equipment solutions. This includes, Signage, fabricated highway products, branded clothing, and safety supplies.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will receive a car allowance/ company car, a lucrative commission structure and opportunities to progress within the business.
The KPI’s for the position will revolve around sales targets, new business generation, customer retention and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PPE and highway equipment sectors.
* Manage and grow existing client accounts.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
* Data entry of client visits, calls and opportunities.
* Identify exhibitions and shows that you or other areas of the business should attend.
