The Role:

As a Head of Dispute Resolution, you will lead and develop the dispute resolution department, with opportunities to cultivate niche areas of expertise.

Duties:

Lead the dispute resolution team to deliver high-quality legal services
Develop niche areas of law to enhance regional and national reputation
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain client satisfaction and billing targets

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
At least 4 years experience in dispute resolution 
Ability to develop and nurture niche areas of legal expertise
Proven track record of successful client engagement
Strong organisational and time management skills
