Electrical Maintenance Engineer
We have excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established team based at a commercial office building in the Bradford area.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5
Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative, Multi-disciplined maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems, as well as respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of the client.
* Having the relevant qualifications and experience for your discipline
* Effective communication skills
* You will also be confident in your proven ability to effectively multi-task, work to tight deadlines and work in a team to problem solve on the job; whilst always promoting health & safety excellence.
* Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets
* Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
* Supervise subcontractors effectively.
