ERP Project Coordinator/Consultant (18-month contract in Goldsboro, NC)
My Client has been serving customers in the light and commercial vehicle aftermarkets for decades.  As a manufacturer of emissions and exhaust technologies, their focus is ensuring their customers have the products they need when and where they need them.  Their products are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed clean air regulations.
The role of the ERP Project Coordinator/Consultant revolves around assisting the Sr. PM in managing and overseeing a major Epicor ERP system implementation in North Carolina. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, formulating a project plan, managing risk, and ensuring that the project is successfully concluded within specified timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sr. PM, assist in planning, execution, and successful delivery of Epicor ERP system implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in collecting requirements, develop project plans, and assess and mitigate risks.
Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and budgetary constraints.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Identify and proactively address potential risks.
Monitor and provide regular progress reports on project status.
Create and offer training and support to end-users.
Qualifications:
Possess a B.S. degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of project coordination experience, preferably with ERP system implementation expertise.
Demonstrate a strong comprehension of application and Mfg ERP knowledge - EPICOR experience is a big plus.
Exhibit the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Primarily onsite (Goldsboro, NC) with some remote work options.
Required Skills (in assisting the Sr. PM):
Mfg ERP Knowledge (EPICOR a big plus): Vital for overseeing system implementation, including familiarity with various modules, features, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Project Coordination Skills: Proven ability to coordinate, execute, and successfully deliver projects within designated timeframes and budgets, with experience in working with cross-functional teams and effective stakeholder communication.
Change Management Skills: Proficiency in assisting in managing organizational change associated with ERP system implementations by effectively communicating with users, providing training, and addressing concerns.
Business Analysis Skills: Capable of comprehending organizational business requirements and translating them into technical requirements for the ERP system.
