Change Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in Europe
Responsibilities
Ensure the impacts of changes to the Project baselines are monitored and controlled
Continued management and development of the Change Management Process
Ensuring Change Requests are processed from identification to implementation in a timely manner
Maintaining clear communication to the Project regarding Change Management activities and the status of Change Requests
Develop and Provide regular Change Management reports
Engage and collaborate with other project processes to ensure alignment and consistency (Risk, Planning, Finance)Requirements
Competence equivalent to PMI-PMP
5 years of relevant work experience within wind and/or construction
Minimum 3 years' proven experience in project Change Management / Integrated Change Control
