Your primary focus will be to generate leads, foster partnerships, and expand our network locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business opportunities for all departments within the company.
Locate potential property buyers and sellers to expand our client base.
Source clients for our rental department and provide valuable insights to enhance our services.
Offer guidance and promote the use of our mortgage services.
Represent the company at national and overseas property shows and exhibitions to network and drive business growth.
Collaborate and negotiate with other real estate agencies to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities to capitalise opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.
Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
