Production Operative
Our client in Corby are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm contract.
You will work as part of a team in a busy manufacturing working environment (galvanizing factory).
Applicants must be very reliable, be physically fit and work well in a team within a fast moving production environment where excellent customer service and high product quality is the key to our Client’s continued success.
Production Operative - Additional details:
* Monday to Friday rotating mornings and afternoons
* Monday to Friday permanent nights
* Very heavy lifting occasionally required
* Excellent pay rates with pay increase structure
Production Operative Hours and shift patterns available:-
* 06:00-14:30 / 13:00-21:30 weekly rotating shifts
* 21:30-06:00 permanent night shift (must be able to complete training on days for 2 weeks 08:00-16:30)
Production Operative Benefits:
The first 4 weeks are classed as training and pay rates are as follows:-
* £12.30ph Standard hours
* £18.45ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
* £24.60ph overtime hours Sunday
* £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
* £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
* Overtime is available.
Once training has been completed successfully after 4 weeks the pay rates will be as follows:-
* £13.00ph Standard hours
* £19.50ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
* £26.00ph overtime hours Sunday
* £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
* £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
* Overtime is available.
Once taken on permanent after 12 weeks, there will be again a significant pay increase:-
* £14.20ph Standard hours
* £21.30ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
* £28.40ph overtime hours Sunday
* £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
* £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
* Bonus payments.
