Sales Administrator

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm with 1-hour unpaid break

Salary: £23,000

Are you confident with numbers and have strong administration skills? Do you have an interest in finance and a willingness to learn? You will work in a small team of friendly colleagues providing administrative support to the purchase ledger process.

Requirements

* Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage

* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

* Strong IT skills

* Ability to work to deadlines

* A willingness to solve problems and support customers

* A willingness to learn and develop within the company

Duties:

* Process orders via email or phone

* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.

* Maintain and update sales and customer records.

* Develop monthly sales reports.

* Communicate important feedback from customers internally and externally.

* Provide additional administrative support where required.

* Co-ordinate the delivery of equipment, communicating with all parties involved.
