Defence Campaign Lead opportunity. This role would be primarily based in Chatham, Kent, but with hybrid working options and an expectation of travel across the UK. Working with senior leaders from our Growth and Defence portfolios, the Defence Campaign Lead will take responsibility for identifying, assessing and developing a range of new training contract opportunities across the defence sector. MKC Training is nationally acknowledged for designing and delivering world class, innovative and wide-ranging learning solutions for the defence, construction and engineering sectors. This is a dynamic working environment that is experiencing expansion, new contracts and increased sales activity.

This role will involve 1) identification, selection and qualification of suitable opportunities, 2) building, collating and assessing market, opportunity and competitor intelligence, and 3) planning, influencing and positioning MKC Training for success across multi-million pound training contracts. The Defence Campaign Lead will combine their military/defence, training industry, engineering and business development experience with a positive ‘can-do’ mind-set resulting in the capability to engage and win new business.

They have a long and very successful contract based at the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) in Chatham, now looking to expand their operations across the UK.
