Initially, the role entails leading a very large residential scheme as a Project Manager. Upon project completion, you will transition into the Contract Manager role, overseeing broader aspects of our operations.
As a key player in our team, you'll be based on-site, overseeing projects across London and the Home Counties. Your responsibilities will include everything from pre-start meetings to site set-ups, labour management, programme oversight, client interactions, H&S compliance, quality control, and seamless site handovers.

Salary/Benefits
Salary is negotiable based on experience, with a guideline range of £66k to £77k. However, higher salary levels will be considered for candidates who can contribute significantly to our growth plans.
