Assistant site manager
Pay: £38K-£40K + Company vehicle
Assistant site manager - Temp to Perm
Location: Meriden
Duration: TEMP TO PERM
Start Date: ASAP
One of our established clients are currently looking for a site supervisor/assistant site manager required to assist in the day to day running of a response division within our organisation.
Would be beneficial for the person to have prior site-based knowledge of disabled adaptations and wet room installations. Works to include daily site visit's, health and safety checks, site meetings with clients, organising and assisting with managing multiple operatives/sub-contractors' workload to ensure woks are complete on time
You will be based out the office in Meriden but traveling across the midlands. My client is looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing sub-contractors
- Getting hands on when needed
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
The right candidate will have the following:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Experience working on social housing contracts including: Wet rooms, Kitchen/bathroom installations, Disabled adaptations ect...
- Carpentry background (Preffered)
