We are seeking a talented Full-Time Graffiti Technician to join our team to contribute to the upkeep and visual appeal of our client’s sites within the Bay Area. This role is represented by a local Union.

Pay Range $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Full-Time Graffiti Technician
Schedule Monday through Friday | 8:30am to 5:30pm w/ lunch
Responsibilities
·       Graffiti Removal: Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and materials to remove graffiti promptly and effectively.
·       Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and assess graffiti-prone areas, developing strategies to mitigate future incidents.
·       Documentation: Maintain detailed records of graffiti incidents, including locations, types, and removal methods, to inform preventative measures.
·       Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance and security personnel to ensure a coordinated effort in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
·       Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain graffiti removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
·       High School diploma or equivalent.
·       Previous experience in graffiti removal or related maintenance work is preferred.
·       Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning agents and equipment.
·       Ability to work independently and efficiently.
·       Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
·       The hiring process requires a candidate to undergo Live Scan background check.
