Job Description
The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison between our patients, their healthcare providers, and various prescription drug assistance options, working to reduce the patients' prescription costs.
Starting pay $20.00 per hour - Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Make calls to and receive calls from patients, healthcare providers, and assistance programs.
Obtain and accurately enter information from patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and other Rx Help Centers staff.
Provide timely and accurate updates to patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and other Rx Help Centers staff.
