Location: Covering South Essex

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 +van and fuel card

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry, plumbing in tenated properties, and will be adept at handling a variety of tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry work in tenated properties, including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Carry out tasks such as Carpentry, Plumbing ,drywall installation, flooring, and cabinetry.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi trader.
Proficiency in using various carpentry , plumbing tools and machinery.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Physical stamina and dexterity for manual labor.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Preferred Qualifications:

Certification (City & Guilds / NVQ)or apprenticeship in carpentry.
