Responsible for the induction and training of staff within the dispensary, under the supervision of the Lead Technician.
* Responsible for the line management of designated staff
* Supervise the daily activities of staff working within the inpatient dispensary
* Supervise the inpatient dispensary for the distribution of drugs and vaccines to wards, departments and community clinics
* Assist with and co-ordinate when required, the daily stock take of drugs and disposables.
* Work independently within appropriate occupational guidelines, referring to the manager when necessary. Outcomes will be assessed at agreed intervals
