The Firm
Our client is a small provincial law firm that has been practising in Oxfordshire for over 20 years.
The firm service clients locally and nationwide across a range of sectors. Their specialisms include real estate (both commercial and residential), corporate commercial, and litigation. Their clients include HNW individuals, SMEs and well-known brands.
The firm's collegiate and supportive culture make it a really great place to work. Their lawyers service some very impressive clients on complex, high value matters, and are able to have fun along the way. This opportunity is therefore suited to someone who values in-office working and being part of a close-knit team of lawyers who place importance on providing a personal service to each client they work with.
The Opportunity
Due to growth, the firm are looking to welcome on board an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, to work directly alongside one of their founding Partners on varied work for a broad range of clients including well known names in the food and health sectors.
The work will incorporate the granting and taking of leases and licences (some being complex and high value), and the sale, disposal and management of freehold and leasehold properties.
This is a full time opportunity but part time applicants may still be considered. The position is office based but some remote working can be offered and working hours are flexible.
Required Experience
The firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with c.8 years' + PQE.
The successful applicant will have previous experience handling complex commercial lease matters and the sale and disposal of commercial property.
This opportunity is not suited to applicants wishing to work mostly remotely.
