Possess a Level 4 Teaching Assistant Qualification.The Role As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you'll primarily support lower KS2 pupils, focusing on honing their fundamental English and Maths skills. Your responsibilities will span a variety of contexts, including 1:1 sessions, small group activities, and whole class engagements. Planning and delivering interventions, utilising meta cognitive teaching strategies, will be central to your role. We seek individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills, resilience, and effective communication abilities. Familiarity with the KS2 curriculum and experience supporting diverse learners are highly advantageous.
