Remuneration Regulation Manager / London / Hybrid - 3 days per week in office 2 days per week remote - £750/day Inside IR35 - 12 months initial contract

Working closely with regional and global partners you will provide subject matter expertise and oversight on Reward Governance and Regulation, ensuring that the appropriate structures, policies and practices are in place.

Your role purpose will be to add significant value by contributing to the shaping of the company's remuneration policy, processes and practices to ensure compliance from a remuneration regulatory perspective in the UK, while also remaining competitive.

Your experience will include:

Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, MIS & Powerpoint
Previous in house experience in Rewards/Remuneration
Strong knowledge of UK and European remuneration regulations. Knowledge of US regulations a plus
High level of numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, diplomacy and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Great administration skills
Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Belfast (3 days a week in their office) | £750/d Inside IR35 | 6 months contract | Start ASAP
