Small Works MEP Project Manager
Location – London
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + Travel & Bonus
 
We are currently recruiting for a small works project manager. Our client are a small business who is on a massive growth trajectory so this Is the perfect time to get in with a fast growing, well respected FM business.
 
Assistance with the following activities:-

Project liaison from enquiry stage to final acceptance and documentation. Meeting with clients to discuss specific requirements and carry out site surveys as required.
Management of Design of HVAC Systems  
Instructing, directing, controlling, and allocating work to Sub & Trade Contractors and Operatives, with attention to quality, productivity and safety.
Interpretation and checking of drawings, specifications, and schedules for all activities. Directing works accordingly & preparing final documentation (As Built Drawings etc.).
Procurement of goods and services (placing orders etc)
Preparation of estimates and quotations.
Management / Supervision of Site Activities
Completion of contract documents.
Production of risk assessments and method statements.
Management of health, safety, and environmental issues. 
The right candidate will basically shadow the director for the first 6 months and cover the gaps (i.e. Supervise activities – reporting back to them)
