We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take charge of our active social care desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing client base, placing temporary staff, and growing the desk.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing and developing the existing client base

* Sourcing and engaging with top social care talent

* Matching candidates to suitable temporary roles

* Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

* Providing exceptional candidate care and support throughout the recruitment process

* Contributing towards the overall growth and success of the social care desk

Requirements:

* Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on social care

* Strong understanding of temporary staffing and the social care sector

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

* A proactive approach to business development and client management

* Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
