Job Duties: 1.Follow drink recipes and prepare beverages with accurate ingredients 2.Keep records of stock used and restock items as required 3.Receive, unpack and store supplies in designated areas 4.Prepare and pack take-out orders 5.Use right equipment to prepare beverages 6.Serve customers at the counter or tables 7.Listen to customers’ requirements and take their orders 8.Ensure Cafe is always clean and organized 9.Clean and sanitize work environment including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment 10.Operate case register and know procedures for accepting all types of payment 11.Maintain a balanced float 12.Monthly inventory check and order when necessary
Qualifications: 1.High School education is required 2.On-the-job training is provided 3.Good communication and customer service skills 4.Ability is life and carry up to 23kg (50lbs) items
