Manchester Staff is currently looking for a Business Development Executive for an exciting business operating in Manchester. The successful Business Development Executive will join a flourishing company within the Fintech sector with fantastic progression and opportunities to earn on top of the monthly salary.
Job Role: The successful candidate will have experience in sales and generating new leads. Using your strong communication skills, you will strive to sell the clients products and services. Your role will hybrid giving you the autonomy to work 2 days from home and 3 days on the road.
Their team is made up of self-motivated and experienced individuals who can offer training and development support. The company has a great working culture where employees are valued and recognised for their achievements. The business deals with a wide variety of different companies so having strong communication and face to face selling experience is key for this role. There is also fantastic opportunity to progress to senior levels in the role.
Skills/Experience Required:
Essential
- Ability to lead generate
- Face to face selling experience
- Driving licence is required for the role and access to a vehicle
Desirable
- Experience or interest within the finance and technology sectors
- Proven track record in sales
