Analyse training needs to create effective and innovative solutions that meet organisational and learner requirements.
Design and implement learning solutions across online, virtual, blended, and face-to-face formats, incorporating technologies like AI and digital simulation.
Lead design workshops
Oversee the work of training design suppliers
Review and enhance the effectiveness of analysis and design activities
Stay updated on new training methodologies and apply this knowledge to evaluate design options.
