Job Description

The Piping Delivery Lead is pivotal in overseeing the onsite activities related to piping installation works. This role involves direct management of Construction Delivery Managers, ensuring efficient and safe project execution through strategic site and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

Support Construction Delivery Managers, addressing safety and quality concerns to ensure workflow continuity.
Oversee contractor performance, aligning with project timelines and escalating issues as needed.
Facilitate communication across site functions and ensure timely activity reporting.
Organize and document contractor meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are communicated to senior management.
Conduct safety inspections and assurance audits in alignment with project goals.
Assist contract Project Managers with strategic guidance on project execution and contractual correspondence.
Maintain effective communication with the Senior Construction Delivery Manager to manage site activities and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Extensive experience in piping installation for heavy industrial projects.
Proven ability to lead high-performance teams to exceed project targets.
Knowledge of construction sequencing, recovery planning, and CDM Regulations.
Strong capability in large project delivery with a focus on excellent report writing and team motivation.
Tertiary degree in Mechanical or Construction Management, or significant relevant experience.Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience in high-security or nuclear power generation environments preferred.
