Job Description:
The purpose of the Commissioning and New Product Introduction Project Manager is to manage the project lifecycle, coordinating with key departmental stakeholders, ensuring production, Quality, and HSE compliance standards are met, and delivering on time and budget.
* Plan and execute the new product introduction process, from equipment commissioning to production.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, production, Quality, HSE and broader management.
* Manage the product development budget, timeline, and resources.
* Evaluate the project outcomes and implement continuous improvement actions.
* Working with the Procurement Team to identify, source and select suppliers of parts, materials, and services as required.
Skills & Experience:
* Educated to Bachelor's degree level in engineering.
* Project management certification, such as PRINCE2.
* Experience in new product development or product management.
* Knowledge of the product lifecycle, product development methodologies, and best practices.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
