Electrical Supervisor

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor  
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £43,000 + van with personal use 
Working for a local FM company, covering commercial offices and a council contract with an uncapped training budget.

This role is working with a local FM company, with over 120 employees and growing due to winning more contracts.

For this role you can be someone ready to take the next step into a supervisor role as its managing a team of 10 other electrical engineers supporting the contract manager. .

The key Responsibilities for an Electrical Supervisor:

Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities.
Quotes, budgeting/reporting duties.
Day to day running of the sites.
Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies' system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded.
Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings.
Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner.
Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service.
Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
Liaise with client/management.
Qualifications / Experience for an Electrical Supervisor:

18th Edition qualified
NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
Well-presented
Experienced in dealing with clients.
