We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst with good PowerBI and Excel skills to join the supply chain department of a company that supplies thousands of environment improvement products to retail and professional markets globally. With 18 sites employing over 800 staff, this developing company offers excellent prospects and working conditions.
Up to £40K, great benefits, permanent, hybrid working options. Location is Dudley with some hybrid working.
The Data Analyst will liaise with end users and software support providers to identify both front and back end data points that are needed, in order to turn data into insightful dashboards / useful reports, for the use of the end-users to make decisions.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Data Analyst Key areas of responsibility:
* Data Analysis using Power BI, Excel
* Support Data Integration and Transformation
* Performance Monitoring and Optimization
* User Training and Support
* Data Governance and Compliance
* Collaboration and Communication
Data Analyst person requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science.
* Proven experience in data analysis, particularly using Data manipulation tools, Excelm PowerBI, ERP, and MRP systems.
* Strong proficiency data preparation and data visualization.
* Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
