Due to market success, we are now seeking a highly motivated, Graduate Consultant to join our dedicated recruitment team based in Sheffield. This will be a Monday to Friday, Days based role with some remote working available.
To apply for this position, you are not required to have any previous recruitment experience, as full training will be given. This position is open to anybody wanting to pursue a rewarding career within recruitment, which comes with a lucrative, uncapped commission structure and clear career progression opportunities.
About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, responsible for identifying top talent, conducting pre-screening interviews, and updating databases with accurate candidate information. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by engaging with potential new clients to understand their hiring needs and discuss how W Talent can support them.
* Pre-screening candidates to ensure they meet our client's requirements.
* Conducting thorough searches across various job boards to identify potential candidates.
* Writing professional CVs to showcase candidates' skills and experiences.
* Handling various administrative tasks to support our recruitment processes.
* Engaging with potential new clients to understand their hiring needs.
