Customer Support Advisor - Temp

We are recruiting for a temporary customer support advisor working for a business based on the outskirts of York. (Own transport would be beneficial due to the location)
This would be ideal for a Grad looking for work over summer or someone with customer service experience looking for a temporary role for 1-2 months.
Responsibilities
· Providing excellent customer service, corresponding by telephone and email
· Handling sales orders/ returns using our online store and email
· Assisting our customers with order/delivery.
· Payment processing, sending regular statements and chasing payments
Required Qualifications
· Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
· Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
· Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent follow up skills
Working 8.30 - 5pm Monday - Friday. Due to the location own transport would be beneficial
